Individuals
Create a free Ontogence account, then purchase ONTOS when you are ready. ONTOS operates against your own profile, records, files, conversations and authorized data.
Clinicians and clinics
Clinics and clinicians purchase the same ONTOS Access, Pro and Research plans and the same credit packs, at the same prices. There is no separate clinic plan, per-patient fee or per-seat fee. The clinic difference is the workspace: authorized users can create and manage patient/client profiles, upload records, manage protocols, and run ONTOS against that patient’s authorized context.
Mechanism-first intelligence
ONTOS investigates mechanisms of action, molecular targets, biological pathways, pathway convergence, pharmacology, PK/PD, laboratory data, uploaded records, and related evidence. Mechanistic plausibility is not a guarantee of treatment efficacy.
Multi-model research
ONTOS is mechanism-first, evidence-aware, multi-model, multimodal and research-oriented. It can distinguish mechanistic fact, inference, preclinical evidence, human biological evidence, human clinical evidence and uncertainty.
File intelligence
ONTOS can process supported PDFs, scanned PDFs, images, Word documents, spreadsheets, presentations, structured files, laboratory reports and other supported records.
Clinic patient workspace
Creating and maintaining patient profiles, demographics and administrative records does not consume ONTOS credits. Your clinic's ONTOS credits are shared across ONTOS analyses performed by authorized clinic users for your clinic's patients. A patient’s personal ONTOS subscription, if they have one, stays separate from the clinic balance. Clinic A can access only Clinic A patients, records, conversations, protocols, billing and usage. Isolation is enforced on the server.
Credits
Ontogence / ONTOS computing and research capacity — not a fixed number of questions. Simple conversation generally uses fewer credits; mechanistic analysis, file or lab work, deep research and multi-model corroboration use more. All ONTOS credits expire 30 days after allocation or purchase. Unused credits do not roll over. When credits run low, purchase a top-up or upgrade the plan. The same six products are available to individuals, clinicians and clinics.
